Complete this Application Form once a HHI Staff or Team Leader has approved you to move forward in the registration process.

Click here to pay the Service Project Registration fee and secure your spot today! Please note: Service Projects (a) must be paid in full 30 days prior to departure (b) exclude the cost of airfare and (c) may require a deposit 90 days in advance.
